How to Pay a Bill
My Account
Through our My Account portal you can view your account balance, as well as delivery and service invoices. Manage your account anytime, anywhere by linking your bank account or adding a credit card to make secure payments and save for future use.
Online Banking
You can pay us through online banking by adding Avenir Energy as a payee and including your account number.
Cheque Payments
If you pay by cheque, you can drop it off at your local branch or mail it to us. Our invoices include a remittance address for sending in payments.
In Person
You can visit your local branch to pay a bill in person using cash, cheque, debit card or credit card.
